Events Specialist


Betty Pabon, MBA is the Events Specialist for the Center for Integration Science. Betty specializes in digital marketing and events with more than a decade of experience serving both B2C and B2B clientele. As an Events & Hospitality Specialist at the World Economic Forum she planned and executed events of both local and international importance for a diverse group of stakeholders, including staff, C-Suite leaders, and public figures. In her most recent role as Senior Marketing Automation Manager at AliMed, Inc. (a Massachusetts-based medical device company) she led multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse B2B and B2C stakeholder groups within the healthcare industry. Betty is particularly drawn to Mass General Brigham’s mission of advancing global health equity, and is eager to bring her background in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and event planning to support the impactful work at the Center for Integration Science.

Betty holds a BA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business (2014) and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business (2023), where she earned Beta Gamma Sigma’s international business high honors recognition.
