Lydia Njuguna, MA
Voices Program Coordinator
Lydia Njuguna is a partnerships and programme management professional with more than eight years of experience delivering community impact programmes across Sub-Saharan Africa. She builds coalitions and keeps people engaged so that lived experience shapes decisions.
Her work spans two areas. In edtech, she built learner-centred programmes and partner relationships, and advocated for translating courses so participants could learn in their own language. In health systems orchestration, she has convened stakeholders, connected partners, and managed a network of more than 2,000 biomedical engineering practitioners, turning field insight into action. She holds an MA in Community & Social Development and a BA in Sociology.
